Bold, eclectic, unconventional and empathetic. This is Francesca Lanzavecchia’s approach to design. Her creations possess an unmistakably human imprint, as tales of her personal worldview, imbued with a poetic lightness and palpable empathic sensitivity. Hers, in fact, is a design of substance, taking care of those minority needs often overlooked by most.
His work is rooted in the furrow of intense research and at the same time teaming up with the companies and clients involved, resulting in results with an innate elegance, without renouncing a deliberately playful and ironic, almost subversive vein.
A restless aesthete and designer with nomadic inspirations, his horizons – physical and conceptual – expanded in 2010 when he founded together with Hunn Wai the multidisciplinary design studio Lanzavecchia + Wai based in Milan and Singapore, of which he has been Creative Director since 2012.
