ABOUT THE JOB

• The ideal candidate will be employed in the Contract Office and will deal with the creation of order quotes, estimate needs, and if needed, working drawings.

MAIN TASKS

• Management of designing activities and contract furniture development;
• Adjustment of the existing products according to the clients’ requests;

REQUIRED REQUISITES

• Technical High School diploma and/or Degree in Architecture, (the industry design education will be considered as a plus);
• 2/3 years of experience at structured and national and international market-oriented Companies in the production field;
• Good technical knowledge, acquired through a strong work experience in the role of designer. Great knowledge of materials and components, and of handcraft wood manufacturing;
• Great and strong ability of planning, of understanding of internal and external needs, and of priority rescheduling;
• Expert use level of CAD tools, in particular of Autocad (the knowledge of Rhinoceros or Solidworks will be considered as a plus)
• Great knowledge of working drawings
• Expert use level of computer and Microsoft Office;

MAIN TASKS

• Check of incoming goods;
• Material storage;
• Arrangement of material delivery and/or payment for the internal productive departments;
• Management of delivery notes and administrative and fiscal documents;
• Update of internal records and stock check;
• Inventory stock;

REQUIRED REQUISITES

• Diploma or education concerning wood/furniture field;
• 2/3 years of experience in the role;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular of Excel;
• SAP Business One knowledge;
• B Driving Licence;
• Forklift Driving Licence;
• Curiosity, Flexibility, and Passion complete the profile.

ABOUT THE JOB

• The candidate will be placed in the Contract office, will have to deal with the relationship with suppliers and logistics, and will also have to deal with shipments in Italy and abroad.

MAIN TASKS

• Autonomous management of relationships with suppliers;
• Price control and updating of supplier lists;
• Request for quotes;
• Issuing orders to suppliers;
• Management of subcontracting and management of transfers of related components/materials with issuing of the relevant documentation;
• Logistics management for requesting goods collection from suppliers;
• Compilation of packing lists and preparation of documentation relating to shipments both in Italy and abroad.

REQUIRED REQUISITES

• Previous experience in the role;
• Knowledge of SAP management software will be considered a plus;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Coming from the furniture/wood sector will be considered a plus;
• Immediate or short-term availability.
