  • Purchasing Office / Logistics Employee Wood Furniture Sector

    The candidate will be placed in the Contract office, will have to deal with the relationship with suppliers and logistics, will also have to deal with shipments in Italy and abroad.

    MAIN TASKS

    • autonomous management of the relationship with suppliers
    • price control and updating of supplier price lists; request for quotations
    • issuing orders to suppliers
    • management of work account and management of transfers of related components/materials with issuing of the related documentation
    • logistics management for requesting collections of goods from suppliers
    • compilation of packing lists and preparation of documentation relating to shipments both in Italy and abroad.

     

    REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS

    • previous experience in the role
    • knowledge of SAP management will be considered a plus
    • good knowledge of the English language
    • coming from the furniture/wood sector will be considered a plus
    • immediate or short-term availability.
